Terms of Assessment

Should MHA Property Loss Advisors engage with a property owner or policyholder and provide an initial free assessment, this service is a cursory review of spoken damages and general understanding of policy coverages. A free assessment is used to determine if it’s in both parties’ interest to engage in a formal agreement. A free assessment by MHA is an opinion and the property owner or policyholder agrees that MHA is indemnified for any recourse or legal action taken against MHA without an engagement agreement in place.
