Kenneth D. Ursaki, President & Owner
Ken delivers broad technical experience and complex claim processing skills to our clients’ needs. A large-loss property claims veteran, Ken’s career started as a company adjuster in 1979. In 1993, Ken became a public adjuster representing all types of clients and businesses nationally including Fortune 500 companies. Ken served over 5 years on the board of the Connecticut Association of Public Insurance Adjusters, 3 of them as President from 2017 to 2019. CAPIA is responsible for ensuring standards for claim representation. Throughout Connecticut and Western Mass, Ken has provided peace-of-mind to thousands of property owners.

Brian Rinehart
Before joining the MHA team, Brian spent 10 years as an adjuster with The Hartford and Travelers. Brian has adjusted large insurance losses including catastrophic hurricane claims. Brian’s work experience also includes time spent in the restoration and construction fields. Claims involving water, mold, and fire damage are areas of expertise for Brian. In his free time, Brian enjoys golf, fishing, baseball and following UConn Athletics.

Kyle Ohse
Kyle is a former Travelers large loss adjuster. During his time with Travelers, Kyle handled regional claims and was often dispatched nationally to coordinate large loss team representation. His experience gained with the Travelers makes him a foremost authority on business income loss along with commercial roof and building restoration. With his free time, Kyle enjoys boating and Big 10 Football.

Mark Sandillo
Upon completion of his military service in the U.S. Marine Corps, Mark became a public adjuster in 1985. His military background delivers a disciplined approach to client’s needs. Mark has supervised multi-million dollar hurricane, fire and hail claims nationally.

Mark DiOrio
Mark has been with MHA for 9 years. Previously, Mark had a distinguished 21-year career in account and project leadership roles at GSK. Mark’s experience with managing client responsibilities and implementing the needs of portfolio and asset directors are his top priorities.
